Treatments
Acne
Acne is a widespread condition caused by sebaceous glands attached to hair follicles becoming clogged with oil and dead skin cells.
-
NeoClear uses laser energy to treat acne and scarring by targeting sebaceous glands, reducing oil production, and preventing breakouts. It also reduces inflammation, eliminates acne bacteria, and boosts collagen production to improve scars and smooth the skin.
Acne Clearance®
Treatments: 4 - 6®
Interval: Every 1 to 2 weeksAcne Scar Revision®
Treatments: 3 - 4®
Interval: Every 3 to 4 weeks.
Aging and Skin Tightening
As skin ages, changes occur and issues like enlarged pores, rough texture, and laxity arise.
-
NeoSkin offers advanced skin tightening by targeting tone, texture, pigmentation, and laxity. The laser selectively heats melanin, haemoglobin, and water in the skin, stimulating collagen production to rejuvenate the skin, reduce fine lines and wrinkles, and achieve a smoother, more youthful appearance.
Treatments: 4- 6 ® Interval: Every 3 to 4 weeks. More treatments or repeating the course in 6 to 12 months may improve results and deter further skin ageing.
Bruising
Bruising occurs when blood vessels near the skin’s surface break.
-
The Neo accelerates healing for all skin types by breaking down leaked blood for faster absorption by the body.
Treatments: 2 - 3 ® Interval: Every 3 to 4 weeks.
Hyperpigmentation and Melasma
Hyperpigmentation is the darkening of skin patches due to excess melanin, triggered by factors like genetics, sun exposure, hormonal changes, injuries, inflammation, medications, or certain medical conditions.
-
By emitting laser energy at precise wavelengths, it effectively targets and destroys excess melanin, significantly diminishing the appearance of pigmented lesions like age spots, sunspots, freckles, and melasma on all skin types.
Hyperpigmentation ® Treatments: 3 – 5 ® Interval: Every 3 to 4 weeks.
Pigmented Lesions ® Treatments: 2 - 4 ® Interval: Every 3 to 4 weeks.
Hair Removal
The Neo effectively and permanently reduces unwanted hair on any area of the body. It is gentler and less painful than traditional lasers. The handpiece operates without direct contact with the skin, eliminating the need for sticky cooling gels, making it both hygienic and comfortable.
-
Treatments: 4 – 8 ® Interval: Lip and Face every 4 weeks; bikini line, arms and underarms every 4 to 6 weeks; back every 4 to 8 weeks; legs every 6 to 8 weeks.
In-Grown Hairs / Pseudofolliculitis Barbae (PFB)
PFB, also known as shaving bumps or traumatic folliculitis of the beard, is an inflammatory disorder of follicular and perifollicular skin resulting from ingrown hairs due to hair removal. This condition is frequently seen in both men and women.
-
Many lasers can cause heat damage to darker skin, which is often susceptible to PFB. The 650-microsecond pulse technology offers a safe, effective, and gentle treatment option. It enables rapid penetration of laser energy without overheating the melanin in the epidermis, effectively targeting the melanin in hair follicles and the surrounding hyperpigmentation.
Treatments: 3® Interval: Every 2 to 3 weeks.
Lip Plumping and Rejuvenation
Traditionally, augmenting lip size has been performed with hyaluronic injections, with associated pain, swelling and bruising.
-
Clinical studies demonstrate that the Neo Laser boosts lip volume, enhances colour and texture, and reduces fine lines and wrinkles. Its advanced pulse duration penetrates deep into the dermal tissue, stimulating collagen production for effective lip rejuvenation. The procedure yields impressive results with minimal discomfort.
Treatments: 6 - 8 ® Interval: Every 1 to 2 weeks.
Nail Fungus (Onychomycosis)
Nail fungus, also called onychomycosis, is a common infection of the nail. It begins as a white or yellow-brown spot under the tip of your fingernail or toenail. As the fungal infection goes deeper, the nail may discolour, thicken and crumble at the edge.
-
Clinical studies show the Neo Laser effectively treats challenging fungal nail conditions. By superheating the tissue beneath the nail, it coagulates soft tissue affected by fungal infection. This can result in noticeable improvements in just one session.
Treatments: 2 – 4 ® Interval: Every 1 to 2 weeks.
Psoriasis
Psoriasis is a skin condition where cells build up rapidly, forming flaky, scaly patches due to an immune system malfunction. It affects over 2% of the population, causing physical and emotional distress, including anxiety and depression.
-
Laser energy is absorbed by haemoglobin to superheat and coagulate psoriasis feeder vessels, resulting in faster and more effective clearance than excimer or pulsed dye lasers. It doesn’t require psoralens, reducing UVA and sunlight exposure risks. The handpiece minimises bruising with gentler, non-contact pulses, targeting only psoriasis patches while sparing healthy skin
Treatments: 5 or more ® Interval: Every 1 to 2 weeks.
Rosacea and Redness
Rosacea is a chronic skin condition characterised by redness, flushing, visible blood vessels, and acne-like bumps. It can be triggered by genetics, sun exposure, diet, and lifestyle.
-
The Neo laser effectively treats rosacea by reducing redness and visible blood vessels, improving symptoms like erythema, telangiectasias, papules, and pustules in as little as one session for clearer, healthier skin.
Treatments: 4- 6 ® Interval: Every 3 to 4 weeks.
Scars and Striae (Stretch Marks)
The laser energy is absorbed into haemoglobin to reduce vascularity and hyperpigmentation from the scar. The energy is absorbed into water which helps stimulate collagen production further improving the surface texture and the overall appearance of the scar.
-
Treatments: 3 – 4 ® Interval: Every 3 to 4 weeks.
Skin Rejuvenation
NeoSkin is a revolutionary treatment that revitalises skin tone and texture. Customised to your unique needs, it enhances your natural glow while addressing aging and specific concerns for a youthful appearance.
-
The entire area will be treated with laser light to stimulate collagen production, effectively reducing the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, sagging skin, and enlarged pores, while enhancing overall tone and texture.
Treatments: 4- 6 ® Interval: Every 3 to 4 weeks. More treatments or repeating the course in 6 to 12 months may improve results and deter further skin ageing.
Spider Veins (Facial Telangiectasia and Angiomas)
Spider veins are small, dilated blood vessels on the skin that appear as red, blue, or purple lines. They become more common with age and during pregnancy and can be caused by sun exposure, hormonal changes, or injuries. Angiomas are benign skin growths made of blood vessels, often resulting from genetics, sun exposure, certain medications, and HPV infection.
-
The Neo laser energy targets haemoglobin to coagulate pigmented cells and unwanted vessels, which are then gradually broken down and absorbed by the body.
Spider Veins ® Treatments: 1 – 3 ® Interval: Every 3 to 4 weeks.
Angiomas ® Treatments: 2 – 4 ® Interval: Every 3 to 4 weeks.
Warts and Skin Tags
Warts are small, flat bumps caused by certain strains of HPV. Skin tags are hanging growths with unknown causes, often influenced by lifestyle and genetics, typically appearing in areas where skin frequently rubs together.
-
The Neo laser penetrates the skin and destroys the vasculature of the wart or skin tag. This simple procedure eliminates blood supply to the area, causing the wart or skin tag to die and fall off eventually.
Treatments: 2 – 4 ® Interval: Every 1 to 2 weeks.
SkinPen Precision Microneedling
Experience the Only Globally FDA-Approved Microneedling Device.
SkinPen Precision is the latest in microneedling skincare innovation, this non-surgical procedure harnesses the power of cutting-edge technology to deliver skin tightening, plumping and texture refinement.
-
SkinPen Precision Microneedling is designed to boost collagen and elastin production, rejuvenate your skin and reverse damage from aging, acne, and sun exposure. It effectively reduces acne scars, stretch marks, dark spots, and pigmentation while enhancing the appearance of wrinkles and large pores. This Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT) not only minimizes fine lines but also restores your skin’s surface integrity. SkinPen Precision is especially effective in remodelling scar tissue while maintaining the overall structure of the skin.
How it Works
SkinPen creates hundreds to thousands of “micro” skin punctures per second to stimulate the skin’s natural wound healing process leading to intense renewal, repair, and rejuvenation of the skin. The result? New skin cells grow back plumper, stronger and healthier, giving you a smoother complexion, smaller pores, and lifting and tightening. With precise control over needle depth, we can target specific concerns for optimal results.
The wound-healing process involves three phases:
Phase I (Inflammation phase): The piercing of the skin triggers an immune response, disinfecting the wounds, increasing blood flow, and initiating new tissue formation.
Phase II (Proliferation phase): A new network of blood vessels develops, and wound rebuilding occurs with the formation of new granulation cells.
Phase III (Remodelling phase): The wound is replaced with new blood vessels and dermal tissues.
Why use it?
SkinPen is clinically proven to fight the appearance of neck wrinkles and reduce the appearance of acne scars. 90% of subjects in clinical trials would recommend treatment to family and friends.
Suitable For
SkinPen Microneedling has been clinically proven effective for all skin types particularly affective for those looking to lift and tighten the skin, as well as smooth uneven skin texture and scarring, including:
Loss of elasticity
Reinvigorating dormant collagen
Smoothing texture and plumping acne scarring
Stretch marks and surgical scarring
Refining complexion, reducing enlarged pores and improving skin tone
Hyperpigmentation, melasma and sun damage
Supercharging the stimulation of capillaries, elastin and collagen for improved blood flow and cellular renewal
Safety
Unlike certain chemical peels or unregulated microneedling devices, it is completely safe when used by a certified trained professional. The device is FDA-cleared and has been shown to be effective in multiple clinical trials. When treatments are suitably spaced and supervised by a physician, SkinPen can be used safely for years. It can be used alone or in combination with laser therapy, your therapist will provide personalised guidance during your consultation. No patch test is required.
Prior to the treatment
Before getting SkinPen microneedling treatment, it’s important to prepare for the procedure.
Before your appointment, your practitioner may ask you to stop taking certain medications or supplements that could interfere with the treatment.
They may also ask you to avoid sun exposure for a few days prior to your appointment as this can lead to increased sensitivity during treatment.
You should avoid waxing, plucking, or any other skin treatments for a few days before the treatment.
You should also avoid tanning for at least one week prior to the procedure as this could affect the healing process.
If you’ve had wrinkle relaxing (Botox) injections within four weeks of the treatment, you will need to inform your practitioner before proceeding.
Make sure you are well hydrated and have a clean face free of makeup or oils.
The treatment
The SkinPen microneedling device, which contains multiple tiny sterile needles, will be gently passed over the treatment area. As the needles penetrate the skin, they create micro-injuries that trigger the body’s natural healing response and stimulate the production of collagen and elastin.
Afterwards, you will likely feel some warm sensations on your skin caused by the needles as they penetrate through the surface layers. Your skin may also appear red or flushed immediately afterwards – don’t worry, this is normal!
In a few hours, these effects should subside, and you will notice an improvement in texture and tone of your complexion. You may even experience softer, smoother-looking skin almost instantly!
Comfort Level
Some people experience moderate discomfort during the treatment, often compared to the sensation of sandpaper on the skin as the tiny needles penetrate the dermis. After the SkinPen treatment, most report little to no pain, though certain areas may feel more sensitive depending on individual tolerance
Topical anaesthetic can be applied prior to your treatment.
2-4 days expect mild to moderate redness, flaking and wound healing.
Post treatment
Refrain from using makeup, moisturisers, SPF, or exposing the treated area to extreme temperatures (such as hot water, saunas, etc.) for the first 24 hours. Also, avoid activities that may cause excessive sweating during this time. For the next 48 hours, limit sun exposure and minimize contact with the treated area. For 14 days post-procedure, applying a high SPF is crucial. We will provide you with a rescue calming complex which contains magnesium, zinc, and copper, while ethyl macadamiate and sodium hyaluronate help to soothe and calm the skin and speed up recovery, protect your skin from external factors, and help enhance the results.
Your normal skincare programme can be resumed after day 3, with more active products being introduced after day 5 or when the skin has returned to normal.
Avoid If
